I placed and paid for an order and even confirmed through email that they received my order and it would be mailed today. But now it shows my order was cancelled. Anyone have an idea what may be the issue? I may have placed the order before signing up so I’m not sure if everything is ok.

So I placed an order before starting an account and I used usdt to pay for the order and I even paid a few dollars over just to make sure I wasn’t sure the money came out of my binance account but I can’t find anywhere to tell if the order actually went through. Is there anything I can do to find out
